After the 113-92 win over the Heat, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr opened up about Thompson’s outlook as a potential starter again going forward for Golden State.
“I just felt like he had a little more spacing on the floor to start the game and so so You know, it’s it’s not doesn’t necessarily mean, you know, it’s permanent. It’s just felt like tonight that was important, Kerr said during the postgame press conference (via Warriors on NBCS).
