Man Accused of Stealing Breast Implant in Miami-Dade
He broke in for a snack and left with a breast implant, deputies say. William Seth Weller, 48, is accused of breaking into a closed South Florida plastic surgery center and stealing a silicone breast implant worth approximately $500. He was detained near the business within minutes of the alleged break-in and now faces burglary and theft charges. According to an arrest report, Weller entered the business while it was closed and began collecting tote bags, food from the staff kitchen and a silicone implant. Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the scene around 8 p.m. following reports of a burglary. The theft charge falls under Florida's broader legal definition of the crime: knowingly obtaining or using another person's property with the intent to deprive them of it or use it for unauthorized use.
