Citadel, Ken Griffin's hedge fund and market maker, has leased two floors in a new 55-story tower in Brickell, Miami's financial district. The move comes as Citadel expands south. The company will now occupy eight floors of the building, or around 130,000 square feet, according to vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield in Florida.

Citadel is grabbing more office space in Miami, as Ken Griffin ’s financial empire expands south.

Citadel has leased another two floors at a new 55-story tower in Brickell, Miami’s financial district. The hedge fund and market maker will now occupy eight floors of the building, or around 130,000 square feet (12,077 square meters), said Brian Gale, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield in Florida.
