The association was founded in 2022 to address longstanding barriers faced by Haitian real estate professionals, such as limited access to credit and culturally competent services. The gala marked a milestone for HREPA, signalling its growth and the increasing influence of Haitian professionals in real estate markets across South Florida and beyond. The keynote address was delivered by Marcus Boereau, a real estate developer, founder and CEO of IMAR Business Group. The event also included seven competitive awards and a Presidential Choice Award.
