First, I want to say that I and my family are really grateful for finding Mr. Pagan. While my family and I were leaving the city on vacation, I encountered an emergency motion from the party (the crazy ex-husband). I Google my lawyer in Miami on the way and he was one of those who showed me confidence. My husband and I wanted to get a call from at least two people, so I called a lawyer in Miami area (more than 15). And he was the only person (not his para-regal) to call in a reasonable time. When I first contacted them, I was less than nine hours in response to an emergency move. He knew the swift history of our case and went to work at once. Mr. Pagan was confident and knew exactly what to do to solve it as soon as possible. Many lawyers say they will get the desired results, but they will be happy to waste time and money with the other lawyer and to come and go for days and days. In most cases, you spend a lot of money to get mediocre results. Mr. Pagan was frank and honest about the course of our situation, and did not intend to waste my time and money. He doesn't always say exactly what you want to hear, but his honesty in his advice is better than sugar clothes and disappointment which most lawyers get. He was not only a professional, careful, kind person, but also involved in our situation from his own experience. For me, this was the point of selling Mr. Pagan as a lawyer. He is very easy to talk and doesn't know the law, so I'm sure he doesn't feel "stupid". I always seemed to be talking to my friend rather than to be a lawyer, and I was very calm and confident in his advice. I wanted to say that his fees are very fair and affordable, and I was much better with him than the lawyer would pay nearly twice as much as he had paid in the past. The fact that I was out of town during this process was not at all a problem for Mr. Pagan. He spoke very effectively, answered all the calls, and several calls, taking into account our hopes, tried as soon as possible to solve our cases and not to bear excessive charges. I got in touch with him by phone or email, and every time I called him, I talked directly to him, not to the receptionist or the parallel girl. This is of no value to me. Although he had already had a hard time following the stress that would occur when he left his family or town, Pagan quickly reassured him to do everything and enjoy his vacation. I can't say anything wonderful about Mr. Pagan, nor can I say how grateful I am to him. He literally told us to get out of the bad situation. If I had a lawyer in front of me, they would have spent thousands of dollars (not months) to solve this problem for weeks, but Mr. Pagan had completely decided everything over the days (I've never heard of it!). From now on, I'll just leave my job to Mr. Pagan. As I already know, you can receive the highest level of representation at an affordable price and from a very caring and dedicated lawyer. In a city like Miami, it is very difficult to meet a person of high character like him, especially in the field of law. This lawyer is really a person who wants to hand over the law, so I can't recommend it. His experience with this lawyer is great, and I recommend him 1,000%. If you're going to buy a lawyer, at least call him. I'll never regret it.

I was legally aware that the procedure was smooth, so I gave them three stars. But I was one of hundreds of customers, and I didn't have time to shake hands when I was spending my most stressful time in my life.

I call the office and leave a message, but after days and days of waiting, someone calls me (sometimes they never come!). In most cases, I communicated with Antonio in text messages. When I called and got a problem, I called the court, asked if I would wait, or if I would see it on line, or got a response.

Antonio had another representative right after me. I had questions and problems and I was very nervous, but he spoke to me and didn't have much time to talk to me about what he wanted to know.

I paid my retainer to Mr. Pagan on the case of child rearing expenses. About six months of working with him, I got over 30 phone calls without a reply or a reply.  He finally handed me over to one of his companions, and Hector Gonzalez did not answer my telephone.  Basically, Mr. Pagan stole 1,500 dollars from me.  I tried to get this money back from him, but he didn't receive an email from me.  This sounds extreme, but if you are looking for a lawyer, don't hire this lawyer.  I'm going to steal your money!

Mr. Pagan was very useful and generous from the beginning. He spoke to me and spent time proposing and building an action plan for me.  He was honestly worried about whether I could restore financial stability.
