Sorry, rude, professional, unfaithful. She said she would charge $1,500 to sign a direct property contract, and two days before the shop closed, she said that the charge was more than $300. It was too late for us to go out. What she sold to her owner and saved was taken in. We hired her, but she drafted a contract in favor of the other party.  And the icing on the cake jumped out of the handle and screamed or sent an unpleasant email when we asked for the latest information on the matter. It's not worth stress. Run! !
