PLLC has been working with older lawyers in the Elder Needs Act to the elderly and their families in Florida before the company was established. In addition to Medicaid's long-term care plan, we help protect our customers' assets through traditional real estate projects (will, retractable trusts), capacity-deficit plans (attorney's authority, medical representation, living will), and probationary and protection.
