First, I would like to say that Frank Gaviria is a really good lawyer. I know, because he came for me...Twice!  Why would I say this? I'll tell you.
I have had the opportunity to find a lawyer twice in the past two years. First, relatives with complex cases, and recently for me.  Frank acted quickly and effectively again. He is clever. He showed me that he wasn't just going through the stairs and he wouldn't even go to BS without listening to you. I will act as he says, without leading you or smoking. From our conversation, his attitude in court and his brief discussion with the prosecution and court officials show that he is the winner.  
But the most important thing is the result he got. All I wanted was Frank, and I'm sure I needed it in the corner of my room. And I think he is a fierce competitor who wants to be on his side, to be on his side, and most importantly, to win for you.

Frank Gavilia is a very good lawyer. He is very professional in his profession, and if I was working in the city  I thought I'd be fired. I told Frank that I would hand over the case to fight. I handed over the case which was not the day proved by the court. I was charged with two crimes. Both are minor offenses and the other is a citation. He explained to me what kind of work he was doing before the trial and spoke to me before the hearing. My license was ignored and I had no criminal record under my name. Transportation schools. I cannot help but say that it was his best that I had approached another lawyer in law.

Frank has a good work ethic and a promise to serve his customers. I was running several cases in the face of racketing and on gambling houses and other serious charges. Working hard, he was able to dismiss it. I owe my life to this man and the good feudal lord my second chance. Thank you, Frank

This is the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. My sister asked her to erase her record, I personally took her with me, the newspaper & I had him sign. Prepaid the entire process. Six months later, I was told to receive state updates. I'll tell you that I've never received a phone or email from someone in that office. We had to keep in touch to get updates. one year later, the 50th & Women dealing with sister cases calling out said that the reason it takes a long time is that there is no document that the sister needs to sign. I asked her to send me an email - & certainly - I had to call her twice to receive that email! When I opened the email, I realized it was a document that I signed a year ago! I lost it! !!! But my sister signed and sent back. Now, for a year, I still haven't had the final words about the destruction or sealing of her record, and I haven't heard from anyone in the police. I set up a reminder on the phone every week, and always make calls from 80% of the time I leave messages. *** Find another lawyer, don't be fooled by their smart office! !!!!!!
