The worst experience of the law.
A few months ago, I went to talk about my parents' immigration, so we were told that it was a simple incident and there was nothing to worry about. We paid and waited for the answer. They didn't contact us and we had to get in touch with us often. They only ask us for payment. A few months later, we waited for some reply. until he received a letter from the Department of Homeland Security saying that the petition was denied. Now, I didn't get the response we wanted, so I didn't write this.
I requested a copy of the case file and the payment confirmation a few days ago, so I was told I would not receive anything until I waited for payment. It didn't happen if they guaranteed positive results. After that, we decided to come to pick up a copy, and after 15 minutes, the receptionist happened to tell us that the lawyer was in the court, and brought our case file. The assistant who had spoken and promised was at lunch. Then the lawyer came at three and told me that he would come back to pick it up.
Speak of your rude attitude towards your client, and let us go back and forth as if we had no work to do. I asked her if she had come back at three o'clock, and she was out and that her help was in lunch. When I asked if I was in the last lunch, the very rude receptionist replied, "I must be hungry."
