When one of the family members is detained, it is the most horrible feeling in the world. We are desperate and just want to get them out. I interviewed five lawyers, one of whom even former Roman judges. Each lawyer said that he could help, and tried a tactic that I thought would be helpful. I want to read about the law as much as I can. Most people would wonder why I didn't choose the lawyer of the previous judge. The former judge is not in charge of the case. I was supposed to be one of his colleagues. Kenya was the last person I interviewed with my lawyer. She didn't apply sugar and
told me exactly what we were heading for. Not when you are in Rome. In many cases, you have already committed a crime and are now detained on immigration procedures. They are basically trying to find out if a crime committed before is worth your stay in America. Most Cuban detainees give up deportation procedures and sign them to get away quickly
. It depends on where you are from. Once you sign the deportation order, you may be sent back to where you are. Kenya explains that all cases are different, but the only thing in common is that once you have a chance, you sign the deportation. The only chance to fight for freedom, why give it? We got the chance and fought against everything that the loved one could have to stay. You have to put yourself there and be careful
. I must have confused Kenya and her wonderful assistant. Without Kenya, her staff helped me and sent a message to her.
Also, friends, family, colleagues, and customers believe that my loved ones are necessary here, and since my last arrest, I have received a letter from them saying that they are legal citizens. Thanks to Kenya and her staff, I'm proud that the judge approved our case and immediately applied for citizenship with Kenya. He has just attended a civil rights oath ceremony this weekend.

I hired Kenya Garcia to represent my husband. I prepaid $2,500 on a debit card that I don't have.  After my husband was transferred to another facility, I contacted Kenya but failed many times. I contacted the facility where he was transferred directly and asked to bring the documents he had for his husband. The facility released him on the basis of the evidence I showed. Kenya says he was released for her, but it is ridiculous because her assistant claimed that she was with a customer when I tried to get her. Kenya was very surprised as soon as her husband was released, and Kenya was contacted by her husband. She did nothing for him and was bold to charge 2,000 dollars from cards I didn't have. Kenya is a perverse witch who goes to get money. I am definitely grateful that the bank will refund the initial payment of $2,500 and return the second payment she paid without permission. I tried to communicate with Kenya by email, but my skepticism grew so intense that she refused to reply.
