Jane Moore is the best. She helped me with a very important legal question for me and influenced my life. Giving four stars is because they do not use the full width of what they offer, but now they update accordingly. We were in an appropriate situation when the absent landlord was making a downhill instead of responding to our demands. It was the first time for Miami that I didn't know what to do and wanted to cancel the lease, but I didn't know what our legal rights were. I spoke to other lawyers, but they just wanted our money. They are great because they will be consulted for the first hour of $100. Get legal advice and know exactly what to do. This is very valuable. We had to decide whether a big lawyer would be worth it or not. Can you get back enough money to make it? After all, we decided not to do so, saving money and taking a different approach. These lawyers are not only trying to make money, they are rare. Recommended. To get another piece of information, get another piece of information again.

I am not a legal services or fee expert, but I contacted the law office and explained my case. I spoke to another lawyer on the phone about my case, and I tried to get the price to send a letter to the landlord. I was asked to make an appointment to discuss my case for a $100 consulting fee. Also, I am not an expert, but the lawyer who made the phone gave me free consulting and told me how much to charge for my case one by one. Not all lawyers do consulting for free, but since I have seen many other lawyers, I decided to proceed with negotiations with another lawyer.

Two years later I am still a happy customer.  Jane helps me with all my business legality and tells me everything.  I don't think about the meaning of any legal term.  I really appreciate her advice and the reply to the email within 24 hours.

I'm a CA real estate investor, looking for a real estate lawyer who is trying to buy real estate in Florida, and Jane, who helped me to review my statement of accounts, found Yelp based on a good assessment, responded wonderfully to my request, and was able to meet the deadline, and the rates are cheap.
