Sebastian Jalamiro represented our closing and was the first home purchase, but we were able to spend all the process comfortably. for he taught us every step of the way. Sebastian helped the seller with some of the behavior problems they encountered (and it was very smooth to deal with them, and we did not know until after the closing of the successful session). In spite of the unexpected, Sebastian kept the 30-day accounting period and agreed to a deadline for the processing of the affairs, which complicates the process. We were deeply impressed by Mr. Jalamiro's attitude to go back and forth to ensure a smooth and timely conclusion for us.
