A former senior lawyer at IRS's Chief Attorney Office, Karen Lapecas (LLM), is currently representing individuals and companies in front of the IRS and the U.S. Tax Court. As a lawyer at the IRS, Karen witnessed many situations in which the lives of taxpayers were shaken by the audit and IRS efforts. To make matters worse, many hired representatives who made impossible promises, paid exorbitant fees, and then did not rationally provide competent representation. To find peace in the minds of the people, to save money and to help them "get it right with IRS," Karen set out from the IRS and established the Lapecus Act P.A. 2013.

Unlike many tax companies to pay more taxes (to pay more taxes, of course), we don't use your fear or make a big promise. However, we will help customers "understand IRS correctly" efficiently and effectively.
