My daughter was only 11 when my father had a motorcycle accident in a car in Los Angeles. David had fallen into a coma for more than six months and died of traumatic brain injury on my daughter's birthday.
On the night of the accident, my brother gave me several lawyers that I had heard and told me to call at once. I'm glad I called you that night. I was overwhelmed and talked to Brian over the phone for hours, but still shocked, I explained what happened to David and the delicate situation with his daughter.
Brian listened carefully, comforted and advised me. This was what he would do for me for the next two years. Brian was always available, caring, reliable, professional and caring. He soon arranged numerous court proceedings with maintenance, medical assistance and complex cases of unfair death against Los Angeles. Brian was always kind to my daughter, and he left his father in a coma, and was sensitive to the effects of his death. Brian and Mark always did professional-class work when I answered endless questions and made the legal process clear.
It's important to say that Brian has changed our lives when everything gets dark. Through this experience, he has kindly guided us for two years. The matter was settled and we found a solution. My daughter and I can now recover from our catastrophic loss and recover with resilience and strength.
Working with Bryan and his tireless team will give you a reason why he is said to be the best. My daughter and I have always been grateful for working with Brian. He continues to stay there for us.

Brian Breter represented me in Los Angeles after a car-bicycle crash. In other words, the driver's misconduct had broken my upper jaw and displaced it. My central front teeth were lost, and my surrounding teeth were damaged. My recovery required a wide range of dental studies, including the wiring of bones and multiple root canals. My manager also had blood vessels and nerves damaged. After receiving extensive physical therapy, all the functions of the hand were restored, but the mouth was permanently damaged. Brian did a great job on my behalf when he asked for a reward. Point of View:

- After another lawyer has lost contact with me, he has acted as a replacement, but the lawyer has a preemptive privilege for any award. What's the difference between the two! Brian was 100 times better than the first day and continuously communicated. There is no special charge, and the first lawyer is fired, and the time and effort to drag Brian is minimal.
- Through his skillful work in testifying, he managed to defend his responsibility. At first, they were fighting.
- He rejected an inappropriate low settlement proposal and finally recommended that it be brought to justice. We accurately evaluated in a number close to the final jury award.
- Explained the preparation of the trial, accepted the time requirements of medical training, attended the trial and testified.
- valid and charismatic representation in the court. He made the details of the case very clear and experienced the accident to the jury while I was in the witness's seat, and he systematically dismissed the lawyer.
- On the day of trial preparation and trial, the defense seems to have assaulted me for my side!
This is the best lawyer in this area. I can't recommend it any more.

Bryan Brayter's intense criticism may be a question.  I was skeptical too, but I knew directly that Brian and his staff were really great.

My 89-year-old mother fell into a puddle and broke her back while shopping at a famous retail store.  The fracture was so severe that it was necessary to have an operation to insert a permanent metal rod into the axis of the bone in order to keep the hips and thighs attached.  Unfortunately, it was not the worst.  Then, in order to learn how to walk again, I had to spend five months at a skilled nursing home where I was receiving painful rehabilitation.

Immediately after the accident, my mother called the insurance claim processor to ask for a report of the accident.  Then he realized that he needed a lawyer to protect his mother from bullying and harassment from the major retailer.  I talked with several lawyers about my mother's accident, but first I asked Brian if he was the only one who was looking at my mother and receiving the necessary treatment.  On the same day we talked on the phone, Brian drove to a fallen shop and took a picture of the accident scene.  At this point, Brian had a good time, but I'm sure I went to see him in a court near my office.  It was Bryan's behavior that made me decide.  His ability to be considerate of his clients and to be involved with the jury convinced that if we hired him, his mother would use a good hand.

Don't be deceived by other lawyers saying to you.  This is likely to be a very long process, and if maximum compensation for injury is required, you will need to bring to trial.  My mother had two years of hardship.  The defendant's lawyer continued to stand up and was not serious about the situation until a month before the trial.  She tried to portray her mother as someone who had hurt her, to make her suffer and suffer lightly, and to make her accept a low level of calm.   Brian didn't have that at all and we actually went to two mediation meetings.  After all, with the help and negotiation skills of Brian, I was able to avoid trial and resolve the case with the maximum amount reported for this type of injury.

Brian is recommended for your personal injury expression.  Since Brian and his staff will take care of everything, all you need to do is focus on recovery.  Above all, put up with it.   Thank you for coming here when you need it. Thank you for your help.   It was a long way, and I couldn't do without your help!

I was hit by a bicycle nearly two years ago and my ankle hurt. I looked into it a little and found Brian in need of help. I called him and he answered and told me to come to his office. I was relieved from the beginning. We talked about the incident for a while and then introduced me to his right arm mark. After talking, he saw a doctor.

The doctor told me that the only way to heal my ankles was surgery. I didn't want to have an operation because I took five to six months off from work. Brian and Mark didn't put pressure on me and told me to take time to make a decision. There was another opinion offered by another doctor, and the doctor said the same: After months of discussion, I decided to undergo an operation.

Brian served as a lawyer during the mediation. You can see Brian's passion for his technology and his passion to help others. After all, Brian and Mark exceeded all the expectations I had expected. All the medical expenses were paid, and I also had a big change to clean up my savings.

Brian and his crew have no words of thanks. Brian is an excellent lawyer. Thank you, gentlemen

I don't usually use yelp, but four years ago I was desperate for help and asked for Yelp's help from options I don't know what to do.

2013 In October, when I was attacked by SUV, I was crossing the street near my house.
I think we can prepare for that.

All I knew was that I needed help. I wanted someone to help me because the car that hit me didn't call for help and didn't report what happened. The driver didn't give me any information other than the name or phone number that goes directly to the voice mail each time I called.
I was clearly hurt, and I was stumbling and falling, so when I was injured, no one came, so I basically insisted on myself. > I was sent home by er before I found Brian and Mark.  It is said that it is difficult to ride a car with a light beating on the back of a hospital or a doctor, but I feel better soon because I am under 40 years old.

This dance continued until my insurance received enough complaints to introduce the orthopedic surgeon. A week after Thanksgiving, I finally made an appointment to see an orthopedic surgeon. The moment the surgeon saw me, he asked why nobody would help me.

I had no idea what I was experiencing. I didn't realize that I needed help.

The surgeon informed me that I needed three MRIs.

Unfortunately, I was insured, so the doctor told me that I would receive an MRI introduction by next January. I shed tears at the orthopedic clinic. I didn't sleep already because of the pain. My body was no longer mine. No one seemed to care.

I knew I needed help. That night, I went in despair, looking for the best lawyer in Los Angeles, then turned to Yelp.

When I found the Bryan Blatter page, all the reviews I read were honest and positive. The more you read the review, the clearer it became.

I thought that my situation in the office of the orthopedic surgeon on this day would not be any worse. I ventured to call.

I am very glad. I was scared, hurt, confused, and didn't know what to do, but they believed me and wanted to meet me happily.

I dragged along with two young children into Brian's office. The moment I saw Brian and Mark, they believed me, and I thought they would represent me. After

15 minutes, I went to the doctor and received treatment immediately. I found that there was really a problem with my neck, back, arm and left leg.

That night, a plan was launched to cure and cure the injury.

Over the next four years, I discussed my care at every stage. Every time I called, someone said to someone I knew. Whenever I call, the phone always says, "Don't worry about anything. "I'm focused on getting better," Brian completely agreed.  I finally got the medical care I desperately needed.

Brian and Mark have seen who I am. Two young children's wives and mothers changed their lives from this accident. Compassion and understanding certainly made a difference between me and my family.

There is nothing to recover from this accident and cure or replace the pain of lost time, but Brian and Mark have delivered justice to me and my family. He is a lawyer like Brian. The better thing for me and my family is that Brian wants to be a person who fights for fairness. Thanks to Brian and Mark!

Three and a half years ago, many aspects of my life changed in an instant. While shopping at the Pirets Studio, I was hit on the head by an uncollateralized Pirets refurbishment board. I didn't "lose my mind" because many people think they'll hit my head. At that time, I thought I was fine, so I drove home, feeling the pain of my neck and continued for a day. The situation got a little worse over the
week. The next morning, he was diagnosed with a brain shock, and as the week went on, he went downhill. My husband looked at me and didn't know what to do. The concession was not a special area for us, so he asked his old friend Brian Blatter for guidance. Brian didn't give his husband Adam any legal advice, even if he was in his field of study. He said there was no discussion about legal conditions until I first knew my medical situation.  Adam advised me to go to the ER, so I was advised to go to a neurologist.
**This is the first time Brian and his group have put my health and medical care ahead of anything else. ***
12 In the month, it is difficult to book a doctor, not to mention a vacation. Brian and Mark helped me get a neurologist's appointment right away when I couldn't get a call from another doctor for months.
The first neurologist, other neurologist, psychologist, and so on for the last two years.  Brian helped me to get an answer when I looked like I didn't have an answer because I helped with the meeting with the doctor. When I wanted to go into bed and give up, he encouraged me to get well. He helped me to see things keep getting better when I regained my composure. When the answer I was looking for wasn't in him, he remembered that it might be time for me to return to the doctor. He makes me laugh when I want to cry. The most important thing is that Brian always reminded me not to give up in a long process.

Brian was the first to focus on my health. However, in fact, I am very interested as a lawyer and this is why I am interested as a lawyer.

I tried to reconcile with the defense several times, but got nothing. Brian tried hard to work with the other side to provide reasonable conditions, but never happened throughout the process. Three meetings failed and after listening to Brian's advice, we were brought to court. I was worried about standing in court, but during this experience I found that there was no one else beside me.

In the court, I sat with Bryan Blatter, Jeff Tuomie and Steve Hoffman. Mr. Tuomie is a very impressive young lawyer and has a better career than him. Mr. Hoffman blew me away with his knowledge of medicine and the ability to exterminate and cross-examine the medical professionals of the case. Any doctor on the stand can "be a doctor"! Mr. Breter hired the whole court, enjoyed it, and kept providing information throughout the six-day trial. His opening remarks and the last discussion solidified the reason why he was considered the best person.
The jury was unanimously on our side in only two hours of deliberation and gave us ten times the amount presented by the defense.
If I have to go through this experience again, I would like Brian Brayter and the same dream team in his office

After paying for more than 35 years, I realized that Paul's claim for injury was not received, and I kept my neck long
I am very pleased to have revealed the facts of the case to Brian's law office and to have a quick solution.

Brian Breater is the best.  This is a very detailed review, so I'll highlight those who don't want to read the full text.
-2014 In November, Mercedes-Splinter Van caused a disk hernia in the neck and back, and for nearly three years, Brian and his team followed my treatment, and contacted the defendant and their insurance companies, and I could focus on recovery
- In November 2017, the court was put on trial, but a very low-cost settlement proposal was rejected. After an hour of deliberation, the jury returned to a settlement of more than ten times the last proposal and only five stars were obtained. Customer
- Brian's kindness, compassion, and commitment to the customer are incalculable.
Accident
Saturday.  On November 29, 2014, I was at home from Orange County to LA to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family.  For a minute or so, suddenly, there was a loud noise, followed by a violent crash.  Looking at the mirror behind, I saw the Mercedes logo and the grill of the van. In the rear seat of my Honda Civic, basically the size of the airport shuttle.  As soon as the car stopped, the car driver asked me if I got off the highway, he just talked to his boss, saying that putting the company car beside the road is "bad for business". Shortly after that, my husband arrived, and when he saw the damage, he took me to the emergency room and insisted that I be examined. It was the first of the two ER visits, and then received countless physical therapy over three years, including an orthopedic surgeon multiple times, an MRI twice, an anesthetist twice, three epidural injections in the neck, trigger point injections in the back, and a few more years.  (The base of the neck and the lower part of the waist burn, the back and limbs intermittently nod, and the back and neck muscles violently convulse).  As a result of this accident, I continued to suffer all my life, and after that I had to come to a difficult realization that I needed to cure my jaggy with my neck surgery.

The defendant made no reasonable offer after his efforts to resolve the case
continued.

The Court
Brian knew he was an excellent lawyer, but when he entered the court, he exceeded his expectations that he had never expected.  Brian and his associate officer, CJ Utron, were fully prepared, treated each jury with the utmost respect and consideration, and showed a complete professional awareness. Brian's opening statement helped with the PowerPoint presentation (prepared by CJ Utrin) was powerful and I was moved by one of the first things I shed tears in the trial.  On the second day, my doctor stood on a platform to explain the structure of the spine, the details of the injury, and the process of treatment, walked the jury, and walked the stage of surgery where the disk of the neck must be repaired.  My husband then got up and answered Brian's questions to show someone before the accident, explaining the experience of the accident day and the changes I saw as a result of my years of suffering.  I got up last, scared. Taking into account the comfort of the witnesses, Brian's ability to act directly, so I cleared my fears.  Brian closed him when the defendant's witness tried to trust my injury and my character.  As time passed, his last argument was more convincing than his first one.  He told the jury that the numerous bad tactics used by the defense were clearly wrong.  The defense had a final argument and the attack on my honesty was undeniable.  His anger at his defense was evident during Mr. Breter's argument.  He gave a big answer while keeping his job calm.  The jury was then put into discussion.  After one hour of deliberation, the jury unanimously settled the settlement, ten times the previous offer from the defendant.
I don't need to say that I've been an incredible roller coaster for the last three years.  I don't have enough words to say exactly how grateful my husband and I are to Brian and his team.  The amount of support, dedication, and effort in this case is truly immeasurable. I don't want anyone to harm, but Brian is on your side if you are injured and need help. In November 2014, thanks to Brian and his team, my life will change forever, and three years later, life will change, and we are grateful for it forever.

Brian was a wonderful lawyer. He is smart, friendly, and gets results.  I fell badly in the theater. Brian took it to me and made a big deal with me when he heard the previous lawyer saying it was not worth pursuing my case.  I have had many unfortunate car accidents like the huge bumper car game that lives in Los Angeles. He helps me to discuss the tough challenges that insurance companies face every time, and we have a fair solution.  Brian is a professional, professional, and well-natured person who gets involved in the negotiations. I will use him again.

When I was in Miami on vacation, the airport shuttle made a red light and almost turned red.  Excuse me for waking up!  Not knowing how to proceed, I called Brian's office.  In less than a day, I had a rental car with an insurance company, and I had an injured doctor.  That was my greatest help—  He and his kind and polite staff jumped into the situation and responded, and I was able to concentrate on getting better.  Since then, I've been using Brian's service, so I don't hesitate to do it again.

We're going to do a detailed review, so let's highlight those who aren't interested in the whole story.

* At the end of 2014, a corporate manager was seriously injured due to negligence and injured his brain.
* Over the past 2.5 years, Brian and his team have been tried in June 2017 after failing several investigations with defense counsel and unjust insurers who claimed they were safe. Brian showed why he is the best plaintiff lawyer in Los Angeles. >*Brian and his team have five stars, and he wants to dedicate himself to the health and well being of his customers.
* In my life, I am forever grateful for the care, compassion and kindness he showed to my family. In December of br/>2014, my wife and three children's mothers went to a sample sale of child clothes that they had done at Pilatsu Studio.  The improperly fixed pilate reformer (a 6'8" 38.5-pound bench) crashed into the head and fell while sorting the pile of clothes into small pieces.  She remained conscious, but she blackened for a little while and said, "Look at the stars."  At first, I did not know the severity of the injury at all, but the symptoms gradually deteriorated for a few days (nausea, neck pain, blindness, loss of dexterity, general confusion, light and noise disorders, severe headaches, and headaches).  Even after I've called dozens of neurologists, I still haven't been able to make an appointment. I needed help. At that time, I called Brian, who helped me meet a neurologist a day or so later. My wife saw many experts, diagnosed with a light traumatic brain injury (mTBI), received a daily dose of nortripterline, and was given maxialt to treat headaches.  After the first six months, the symptoms of headaches were reduced, but only a part of one body.

Case
I did not know the extent of my wife's wound again, but after I visited the Pilate studio where the accident occurred, I found that I still needed to hire a lawyer, and the owner denied the accident.  Because my wife was suffering, medical expenses increased and now I went to a social hospital called a scammer, where I promised to send my wife and I to prison. Brian became a lawyer with my friend.  The two meetings were held (June and September 2016), and no reasonable offer was made, and the date of June 2017 was tested.

TRIAL
Brian and his team (partner: Steve Hoffman, Associate - Jeff Twomey) are shone.  I didn't attend the court until I testified as a witness, so I didn't attend the first three days of the trial.  I was sorry I couldn't stay in the court to support my wife, but I knew Brian and his team were for her.  On the fourth day, I stood up and talked about many tears when Brian's direct questions were allowed to me.  On the last day of the trial, I was able to see Steve Hoffman dismantle a defense neurologist (later called "a trustworthy person") and discredit his credibility. This helped the keen observation of this doctor, whom Bryans had discussed with another lawyer during his morning vacation.  I was sure that the jury had seen us tell the truth.  I was worried that they would fall into some of the bad tactics of the Defense Force, be guided well by expert witnesses, and receive rewards.  This concern was mitigated after Brian finished his final discussion and he explained this issue through a fully crafted series of slides (Jeff Toumei) highlighted by his ability to engage with Jurors.  Brian's last objection effectively dispelled the defense's last argument and the trial ended.  After 2.5 hours, the jury unanimously agreed to make a ten-fold verdict on the defense proposal.

I said that everything had been a violent result for 2.5 years, but my wife and I thanked Brian many times.  He helped us when we were in trouble, kept laughing when we wanted to cry, and finally brought out the best results from the terrible situation.  Usually, I don't want to recommend or introduce you, but in this case, if you or your loved one call Brian Breiter's law firm in a similar situation, I'll tell you from my heart that I can't find a more caring or capable group.

Brian Breiter's law firm found about Yelp after reading his positive critique. I was a little skeptical of finding Elp's lawyer, but I was very happy. One day, my wife had a terrible car accident, and I had to have an operation because of a broken spine, a rib, a knee dislocation, and a three-degree severe burn. He immediately called and spoke to me for about an hour. I don't sign with him, but he took the time to advise me and help me to treat my injury best. Although my case seems very difficult and less economical, Brian went to my house on Saturday morning by car, reviewed my case and discussed the options. What surprised me the most about my work with Brian was the man who cherished my happiness with all his heart. I would like him to call me and discuss my case, but he tells me to stop me and address both the medical and emotional issues associated with my accident. He ran after my wife to make sure I took a healthy and good way to get all the doctor's reservations.
Another surprise was that Brian always answered my phone. Even though he calls me over the weekend or late at night, he always calls me up or comes back within a few minutes. I've worked with many lawyers in my work, but I've never worked with a lawyer treated like a friend, not just a customer. Even though my case was in the worst and the results seemed gloomy, he gave me the same level of attention and attention. He took every means to help me and it was rewarded. Finally, Brian gave me a seven-digit settlement...Yes, seven digits! My family and Bryan and his team work hard, always grateful for care, dedication and friendship. This encourages readers to not hesitate to hire Brian and his team.

Bryan Brayter is a great lawyer and a really great man. I was seriously injured by a pedestrian crushed between two cars. I called Brian and shortly after the accident, he came to pick me up at the hospital. I was so hurt that he convinced me that I was okay. He explained to me the course of my case and answered my questions. He was really there for my recovery.  He settled the case on time. When all that was said, I got a lot of money. I am very grateful for all the efforts he has made on his team. I recommend you to hire Brian Breter if you need a good lawyer.

I was lucky enough to have been acquainted with Brian Brayter and his highly competent staff team for over three years.  I've seen how he fights for his customers, and the great achievements he has achieved for his customers and the continuous results.  In summary, the brewers win and he wins his case.  He makes a lot of money and takes care of his customers.  He believes in all his excellent reviews and selects a law firm as his representative.  I'm glad I did.

I had a car accident a few years ago.  Brian succeeded to my case and it was great.  Be kind, fine, patient and with me.  I knew what to expect every step.  He reassured me at once, and honest and candid to me. Very accessible.  We won the case and I will continue to recommend him to the necessary friends.  In fact, anyone who has had an accident should make the second call Brian!

Brian and Dave were great lawyers and I've been helping the process for a long time. When I was 95, I had a very heavy car accident and had to go to the emergency room. I called David and he met me at the hospital. He felt that it was not necessary for him to do that. They made sure I had all the necessary treatments and had my car repaired right away. They were fair and transparent and helped me win. I strongly recommend them, and I always use them again if necessary. If you need an attorney for personal injury or need a serious incident, only one company calls. Five stars!

The Brators.  BREITEST!!
It was the same thing as finding that gold ball beyond the rainbow that Bryan Brayter found. He is the most important person in the world of litigation and personal injury. All reviews on this page are 100% accurate and express all my same opinions exactly. I only "hurry" with my hands, but that's exactly what I want to do. If you run into the horrendous situation of a car crash (I use that description instead of "accident"), please call Brian. This man is calm, calm, gathered, caring, united, and very focused! He outspoken my case for the first time in three months.
About my case: The day after August 16th of my birthday, I made a completely legal, clean left turn. This woman gave me a red light, and I was beaten violently, and the car was twisted with a T-bon, and I was rotated on the sidewalk. Yes, my car was summed up. There was another lawyer who didn't work, and he found Brian Blator. "Man." I called him in October and met him in his office around the middle of January 22, 2014. Brian told me that everything was decided and asked me to drop in at his office to receive my check. I decided that I could get all the medical visits, physical therapy, pain and pain. I don't want to go through such a hardship again, but if I do, the first one to call is Brian J. Breiter...The Breitest star on Wilshire Blvd.

If you have a similar unfortunate incident, don't hesitate to wait, answer the phone, call BRIAN J, and welcome. Brayter! !!do...You can be happy if you do it.

I went to Brian Blatter's law firm after the clash in San Francisco, where I wasn't bad. They immediately answered that they would help me with my neck injury, and as the case progressed, they kept up to date. They negotiated an excellent reconciliation with me.  Their personal humor and good social skills made it much easier to get into a annoying process.  I strongly recommend his efforts.

Later, when my home was damaged in Hurricane Irma, I turned my attention to David, my representative, on a claim to an insurance company. The insurance company did not intend to offer me the true value of my house damage until David hired me. I am very grateful that David represented me at a very difficult time. I strongly recommend him. Thank you.

David substituted for me first when I got injured riding a bicycle. I was seriously injured when I was driven out of the car. When David was able to negotiate a settlement that gave me a fair reward, we were ready to go to court. Thank you

I've worked closely with Brian and his lawyers. They did a great job and helped my patient get treatment for the injury. I get an emergency room phone and many trauma patients ask for a lawyer's introduction and help them. I work with many lawyers because I work at a level 1 trauma center, but they are very good. The patient reported a settlement and the jury reported that the results were very high. Recently, I got injured in a patient and my nose deformed badly. Her insurance refused to be treated in case of an injury and wanted her to follow her to be treated at the insurance facility. They guaranteed her to be seen and treated quickly. She was discharged from the emergency room and soon became insured. They said they could not see her for a week. She contacted Brian Blatter and, without knowing that he had met her the day before, approached me and arranged to have an operation the next day to fix the broken nose. Brian and his co-workers are talented and care for their customers by arranging the best medical care and receiving as much financial compensation as possible. I don't want to go to anyone else if I'm injured and looking for a good lawyer.
