My practice of law was born in the depression from 1991 to 1992. I finished the UM law on the top 1/3 of the class, but it seemed that there were only 10% of the top 10% who received jobs that year. Therefore, I could only choose to go out by myself. A friend of mine decided to follow her to Texas and asked for a "simple bankruptcy hearing" two or three times. I agreed. The "easy" 341 meetings were held for his two Ch's. Seven customers exploded in my face. First, Ch. 7. The trustee claimed my customer as a tax-free asset, and on the second day, the credit card issuer chased the customer, claiming they were using the credit card illegally! It was a fire that broke into the world of bankruptcy. Well, I negotiated a resolution with my customers and the credit card issuer offered me a job. From 1996 to a few years, I took them as customers and represented several credit card companies, but represented the Data. The rest, as they say, is history.

Shwitara, in 1964, was a doctor and amplifier; #39; I was born at Z Hospital, Coral Gables, Fulah, and I went to Christopher Columbus High School, a sacred juzu elementary school. In 1986, he received a bachelor's degree in accounting and ampere at Texas Christian University, #39;s. While working for Pete Marwick, he acquired a qualification as a certified public accountant, entered Miami Law School in 1991 and graduated.
Shwitala will be hospitalized in the U.S. District Bankruptcy Court in the southern and central areas of Florida. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers (NACBA).
Since 1992, he has been devoted to bankruptcy and has served the debtor and creditors. His office is in Kendall, practicing with Kelly Childers and seven support staff.
Schwitalla married in 1988 and their two fathers enjoy durability and driving outdoors.
