I started a private criminal service on January 1st, 1991 after working as a public defender in Miamidade County, Florida for three years.

I make the Constitution and the Bill of Rights work for those who can't do it themselves. I do so by actively representing my customers in the pre-arrest and grand jury investigations, post-arrest, pre-trial and jury proceedings, post-verdict and conviction proceedings, and the Florida and U.S. courts system.
I've been living in Miamidede County since 1988, practicing the law, lecturing and coaching at many criminal seminars around the country, from cultural considerations in the case of the death penalty to issues concerning mental health and health. I also volunteer at the Miami public radio station WDNA-88.9 FM as a disk jockey to the Evening Jazz Program (The Spectrum-T Experience) for two hours Saturday night. You can also enjoy travel, cooking, Miami Heat Basketball and fishing.
