&A. It was a natural advance from P.A. Associates Yormac, and it was also a consulting practice at the law office, but it focused on real estate. The time has come for us to start a new company with new members, a new store, and real estate, titles and new businesses.

&Yo Mac; P.A. Associates ("YA"), a law firm that has focused on the integration of real estate and the Emerging Business Law. Florida lawyer, real estate, and business broker Yo-Mac has a passion for business, real estate, and start-up companies that focus specifically on technology and integration. The real estate side of this exercise provides title services such as commercial and residential rights insurance, real estate and joint-line search, payment and settlement services, escrow, sound recording and exchange of 1,031 items. Through its strategic partner, Kensington Vanguard National Land Services ("KV"), YA is a highly acclaimed first-class company acting as a Title Representative for the country's largest title insurance company. KV is still very interested in YA. We also have due diligence, research and various projects tailored to our customers. We will hold discussions on both sides of the deal through daily exchanges with real estate agents in South Florida and through committed capital. From a business perspective, YA will propose, launch and train new existing ventures. From concepts, business planning, legal structures, intellectual property protection, business writing, and financial services through capital and profitability. To increase the value of YA as a strategic partner, leverage our joint experience to manage and participate in new ventures.
