An 18-year-old who just graduated high school in Louisiana has been missing for two days after going overboard a boat in the Bahamas during a graduation celebration, school officials said. Louisiana high school graduate Cameron Robbins has been missing for two days after falling from a boat during her graduation ceremony in the Bahamas. The U.S. Coast Guard is working with a Bahamas Defense Force team to assist with the search, and the Coast Guard has also confirmed that Robbins is believed to have fallen overboard during a sunset cruise near Nassau. The school is operated as a high school attached to the Faculty of Education and Human Sciences of the same university.

An 18-year-old Louisiana high school graduate has been missing for two days after falling from a boat during her graduation ceremony in the Bahamas, school officials said.
Cameron Robbins was on a senior trip after graduating from the University’s Advanced Experimental School in Baton Rouge when he fell off a boat Wednesday night, a Louisiana State University spokesperson told CNN.
Robbins’ high school baseball coach Justin Morgan, who called Robbins “a fierce competitor,” told CNN that the teenager played both third base and pitcher on the team.
“Cameron is a kid who is truly loved by his teammates, coaches, teachers and classmates,” Morgan told CNN. “He’s a fierce competitor on the ballpark. He’s a hard worker on and off the field.”
Morgan said school officials have been in trouble since hearing news of Robbins’ disappearance.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Robbins family during this time and will continue to be,” he said.
It is operated as a high school attached to the Faculty of Education and Human Sciences of the same university. Robbins attended the school for 13 years, director Kevin George said. CNN affiliate WBRZ.
“This is a special kid who’s been here throughout his educational career. He’s an athlete, he’s a great kid, he has a great smile, great hair. ‘ said George.
“The children contacted us to see if we could do a prayer circle. Obviously we agreed. We really appreciate their leadership during this difficult time. ‘ he continued.
The U.S. Coast Guard is working with a Bahamas Defense Force team to assist with the search, the Coast Guard tweeted on Thursday. The agency added that Robbins is believed to have fallen overboard during a sunset cruise near Nassau.
