The agreement, announced October 7, covers the programming, branding and design of a private studio within the building's Vitality Club fitness center. The studio will provide residents with access to two Reformers and Cadillac tables, with a Nofar-trained instructor on site when the equipment is in use. This partnership is part of a broader fitness and recovery offering that includes the Homage Fitness-designed Vitality club, a treatment suite, infrared sauna and fitness lawn. The partnership comes as residents move into the five-story, 103-home condominium at 2200 Bricke Avenue.
